Stayed there for two nights with my partner and the staff was lovely and friendly. The apartment was massive and the balcony was great . The apartment warmed up very quickly as it was freezing outside . There was food places everywhere you turned and it isn’t a far walk from the train station . The only one little issue was…. The shower water wouldn’t stay on for long and kept switching back to the bath .

Incredible! The room is just like your home away from home. Clean with a great design. Everything you could want. You can even make a cheeky pizza if you wish! I must also say a special thanks to Charlie. As I'd unfortunately left an item inside my room after I'd checked out. He was extremely helpful and had said item waiting for me at reception when I returned to collect 5 minutes later! Overall: great and recommended!

Stayed while visiting daughter for 21st. Great location. Car park tight. Make sure they confirm your parking, as we had an on arrival was not allocated a space. Short walk down steps to front entrance. Clean, welcoming. Easy check in. Very friendly and helpful. Room clean, modern, bed massive. Although a bit tight on one side, had to climb in. Coffee, teas , dishwasher, induction hob, sink, fridge, microwave. Didn't use but ideal if wanting to eat in. Not too noisy through night. Breakfast setbout Great, enough to choose from. Pleasant team working, seemed to really enjoy being there. Definitely use again if visiting her on her masters. Well done

30.01. – 01.02.2026 Staycity Aparthotel Liverpool City Centre Staycity Aparthotel is exactly the type of accommodation you are looking for when traveling as a group. We were four friends visiting Liverpool for a football match, and the hotel suited us perfectly. The location is excellent just a short walk from Lime Street Station. The accommodation itself is clean, modern, and spacious, which is a big advantage for groups. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can enjoy very good breakfast options. Right across the street, there is also Duke Street Food Market, where you can choose from multiple food concepts, offering great variety when it comes to dining. Regarding service, the staff contacted us shortly after arrival via message, letting us know that if we needed anything, we could reach out immediately. We didn’t need any assistance, but this proactive approach was very much appreciated. Overall, I would rate Staycity Aparthotel as an excellent choice for groups who want to have everything within easy reach. Liverpool’s city centre is not very large, which makes the location even more convenient. As a nice bonus, the football stadium is also reachable on foot, taking approximately 45 minutes.

We stayed here for over 4 months. We had a two bedroom apartment. Serviced every week. Staff are fantastic. Always greeted us with a great big smile and we chatted many times. Ordered the great pizzas for our grandchildren many times. Which we either ate in the comfortable bar or in our apartment. Location is amazing. Perfect for the many museums, waterfront, restaurants and of course shops. All on your doorstep. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here recently with the family. Really spacious apartment with everything provided. Very clean and reasonably priced for the city centre. Reception staff were very helpful, especially Charlie. Would highly recommend these apartments.

Stayed here as a family of 5 in a two bed apartment and would definitely stay again! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt very safe as security at night and need your key card to get into the hotel, also need your card to use the lift. Room was massive and very clean. Location was great as very central to everything, didn’t hear anything from other rooms at night even though there was a lot of groups staying for the football also, and close to bars etc. thanks for a great stay!

I stayed here with 2 young children. The apartment was very clean,well equipped and spacious. The staff were friendly,helpful and attentive. I found the location great and didnt seem to hear any noise,which was a bonus. The apartments seemed secure and the main door to the building is locked at nighttime so you can't enter unless reception let you in. The apartment was well decorated and generally in a good state,but the living room/ kitchen door did not stay closed. This was a worry, as im assuming its a fire door and should remain closed due to it leading to and from the kitchen. I raised this with the receptionist who said he would take a look at it. We stayed on the first floor and even with a lift, this is pretty hard to access with a pram and young children, as you have to take the stairs to get to the lift. The only way to avoid the stairs is to walk through the car park. I felt unsafe doing so as I was alone with 2 young children and the car park is accessible from the street to the general public. This wouldn't put me off staying again if I was on a different floor, as the apartment was great value for money and the staff were great. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
